-The Rules-

-Forum Rules--Be respectful to everyone. Discrimination, harassment, etc. will simply not be tolerated. Your first offense for disrespectful/mean spirited actions will be a warning, and the second offense will result in a week long ban.
-Do not spam. Excessively long posts or strings of posts may be deleted or edited. In addition, remember not to have an extremely large avatar or signature, as it gets in the way of browsing the forum. You will not receive warnings for this unless you repeatedly defy the rule.
-Try to keep your posts tidy and free of grammatical errors. This is fairly obvious and is also fairly open to what is allowed. It will be at a moderator's discretion to decide whether a post is unreadable/ridiculously flawed. Such comments may be deleted or edited at a moderator's discretion.
-If you find spam or hateful posts, DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM. Report the post and a staff member will take care of it. This is a protection to victims, because improper responses may land you with a warning.
-Absolutely no illegal/pirated/not age appropriate content on the site. This is pretty self-explanatory. Serious infractions (such as the posting of porn or links to pirated downloads) will result in ban of your account, no questions asked.
-Please keep swearing to a minimum. It gives you a bad name and frankly no one wants to read that. You may get a warning based on severity, which is entirely up to a moderator's discretion.
-No rep system abuse. If an account is created to abuse the rep system, it's IP will be banned. Making a post that's only purpose is to ask for reps will result in the post being deleted and landing you with a warning. Malicious use of the -1 system will get you warned as well.
-Chat Rules--No porn. No pirate links. Be respectful. Do not steal other's accounts. That's basically it. Chat moderators are allowed to ban any member for any period of time if they deem so fit.
-If you have been banned and wish to appeal it, send a pm to a forum mod or admin.
-Staff Rules--Staff members may not harass members, and if you feel you have been slighted, send a pm to an admin and they may revoke the staff member's title if your complaint is legitimate.
-Abuse of mod powers on the chat will get your chat mod-ship removed. Deletion of the archives counts as abuse.
-Even if you have a personal vendetta against a certain person, it is your job to provide assistance. Admins/Moderation that act rashly and emotionally- not logically, will be swiftly revoked of their power. Please keep this in mind.-Zane
